ACC-Q-DATA remains on the cutting edge of constant changes in the O&P and Home Medical
Equipment industry. All providers and their offices are not the same, for this reason we offer the
widest of range of options to fulfill virtually every need and requirement to streamline the billing
process to ensure maximum reimbursement.

ACC-Q-DATA can enter all patient demographics, order information, etc. Claim information may be
sent via the fax, mail, internet or our AMS software system. A billing specialist will review all claims
before submitting to the insurance carriers to verify if the ICD-9 and HCPCS codes are valid.
Pre-verify medical necessity according to insurance guidelines. We file all claims electronically to
Medicare, Medicaid and over 1100 Commercial Carriers.

ACC-Q-DATA will follow up to determine status of all submitted claims - in process, denied or
needs additional information, etc. When required, we will obtain additional documentation from the
referring physician, hospital or patient and will forward the requested information in the most
expedient manner. If your claim denies, we will begin the appeals process including letter of
appeals, obtaining and forwarding of patient medical records and history, etc. If the insurance
carrier does not pay according to patient's policy guidelines we will appeal for additional monies.

ACC-Q-DATA will bill all secondary insurances for 20% co-pay and issue patient statements as
required. Patients may contact our office directly with any billing questions. We also will review and
work outstanding accounts receivable on a daily basis, and provide an aged trial balance and
payment register reports monthly.
